Patience and kindness

Please try and show compassion for those who have lost so much and patience for those who are working on the enormous task of helping with the recovery.
All agencies and charities are doing the utmost that they can to support the communities that are in great need.
The brigades who are out and about really do appreciate all of your well wishes and thumbs up.
When you see the yellow fire trucks on the road doing flood clean up, please slow down and be aware and let’s keep our firefighters safe.
