I have been with the Association since August 2013. I started as a Call Centre Agent and after a few months I was offered the relief administration position in the Contact Centre. In this role I assisted with the banking and general day to day office duties. I have recently been appointed as the Acting Office Coordinator and I will be performing the duties of this role until the end of this year, after which, I will move into Contact Centre Administration full time.
